ABOUT CARROT AND CARROTCRAFT
I am one of those people who has to visit every single jewelry booth at a craft
show. (It drives my husband nuts.) So in the summer of 2003, when I was
looking to leave a 20 year career in Information Technology, I naturally
gravitated toward handcrafted jewelry. I attended the American Craft Council
summer show in Baltimore and approached several artists with my idea of a
"trunk gallery". They were all enthusiastic and agreed to work with me. I
finished my research, started the business, purchased the inventory, and
started having shows. In January 2004, I launched the initial website and
have been working to improve it ever since.
So, welcome to the latest iteration of CarrotCraft.com! I hope you enjoy the
jewelry and accessories you see. Please return often and tell your friends...I
really don't want to go back to my old job!!!

If the item you wish to order is not in stock, you may still order it. Because
each item is hand made, special orders & back orders may take 4-6 weeks to
ship, but we'll do our best to get it to you sooner. Thank you for your

Carrot accepts checks, Mastercard and Visa. If you wish to pay by check,
please make your check payable to Carrot, Inc. and mail it to the address
below. Your purchase will be shipped as soon as your check has been
deposited and cleared.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
Shipping and insurance are free on all purchases when shipped within the
continental US using USPS. If faster delivery is needed, such as by FedEx or
Priority Mail, please specify so on your order and the appropriate shipping
fee will be added to your order.

RETURN POLICY
All purchases may be returned in excellent, unused condition, postmarked
within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. You will be responsible for
return postage, unless the item was received damaged. All returns will be
credited through the original payment method. And, please, include a
description of your reason for return - this will help us better serve you in the
future. Thank you!
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please include a detailed
description of the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange. Any
difference in order amount will be charged/credited to the original payment
method, unless you provide other instructions.
